Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Order cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Exchange Policy:

• For an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.
• We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.
• The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
• Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Raaya.
• Exchanges will be issued after 15 days.
• Exchange voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customers, who desire an exchange.
• Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.

Refund Policy:

• We don’t offer refunds on cash on delivery items, only exchange.
• All formals or bridals due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refund of the advance payment.
• For a refund on credit card purchases, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.
• The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
• Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Rang Raaya.
• Refund requests will be processed within 15-20 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
• Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be refunded.
• NOTE: Refunds will only be processed for genuine reasons.
